T Town Flats, nope, haven't been active for 20+ years now., and the other one is Tokers Town from Fullerton Orange County, buy they are not flats.

I knew about them back then as SEPAS 13, from Sepulveda. There was no North Hills yet. I had a ruca from that varrio named Espy.

Langdon Street claims Sepulveda as their town, and simply took over the SEPAS varrio and carried on with it.
