Tony Young was the top guy in the Los Angeles Wah Ching up until 1993 when Paul Liu split off eventually leading to four factions. In 2002, the bosses of the four factions, Paul Liu, Wai Yin "Sonny" Chu, Ken, and John Sun(Taiwanese side) and their lieutenants went to prison for racketeering charges....
