I would assume you are correct lb516, but I just dont see the 30s, 40s, or 90s saying it or writing it on the walls like the 60s do. Maybe someone else can speak on those other hoods about "rich rollin".
Plus when that phrase was popular, it referred to the money that was rollin in, and the 60s had a hand full of Rollers. The 40s were not really "on the map" in the early and mid 1980s. The 90s and 30s were active but just can't recall if they identified as "Rich Rollin."
