Are there any factors in the game who did little to no time in the pen,and is that even possible?

Jimel Barnes never stepped foot on a Prison yard. He was well known during the early 1970s, but since the 1990s, no one really respects him anymore.

T Rodgers went to prison for the first time when he was in his 60s a few years ago and he only served about 1 year. He was a major name during very early 1970s.
