[quote="youngwun"]My theory: Tank just seems to be a dude thats interested in this shit and cant get a mental picture of what its really like over here. I wont hate on that. More respectable than the dudes that pretend to be something they aren't to try and get props along with their information. It aint like Tank be saying "who killed who?"

youngwun- I spent a lot of time in long beach. I had a friend that lived on 67th and San Pedro...in the vicinity of your hood on the east side...so i know what goes on somewhat...but dont know everything about l.a. I just ask the questions that i dont know, because this is a forum.

Cypress ave in NeLos is pretty rough, but I guess its not a main street. I gotta go with Vermont, I think it splits MS and 18 down between Wilshire and Olympic.

Re: Most Dangerous Main Street in L.A

Well back in 94 when I was building sets for movies we had a warehouse scene off of cntral but way up on the north end. It wasnt so bad up by the 10 freeway. I lived in Paramount so one day I though Im just going to drive central down to Rosecrans and then go east. So I did and man it was crazy. What tripped me out was the graffiti on each side of the street. It was like, blod/crip/blood/crip/ all the way down the street. So Im thinking damn these guys are right across the street from each other. I mean every other street was a different hit up. Then I get down deeper and a car load of black dudes pull up next to me and mean mug me cause Im white and could easily look like a cop. These were definatly straight up riders and alothough I had a 45 with two extra clips on me, who wants that sort of drama? I just kept them in the corner of my eye. I was tempoted to turn down one of the side street, but then what ya know? So I just kept going and thats the last time I did that shit...
