LETS CHANGE IT UP A LIL'

THE ALPHABET CODE!

FOR THE LAST DECADE OR SO, I BE SEEING HOODS AND MORE OF THEM DOWN HERE IN SAN DIEGO PUTTING DOWN "NUMBERS" FOR THEIR HOOD INITIALS LIKE FOR EXAMPLE ~~> SAN DIEGO = 1904, AND SAN YSIDRO = 1925, SHERMAN = 1913, LOMAS = 1213, SO ON AND SO ON, BUT WHERE DID THIS ALL COME FROM? WHO STARTED IT? WHERE DID IT START OUT? AND WHO ELSE PLAYS WITH THE NUMBERS LIKE THAT?
