There was a short lived gang in West Los called Cyclones 13. They later became West L.A. Boys. They used the initials CNS though.

I saw some fools claiming SS.Pachucos13 HxP on some website but I had never heard about them before that.
I remember Cyclones from some Spanish talkshow my jefita was watching when I was younger. Homeboy said he was from Cyclones13 in HxP and the other dude was from Laguna Park Vikings.

Was that vato claiming Cyclones 13 kind of like a biker or a rock-a-billy ?
I've also heard of Cyclones in that Florence/H.P./So.Central part of town back in the mid 70s, I always thought that it was biker type of gang, kinda like the way Harpys started out like, or like the MLC Moon Lite Cats - rock a billies shot off - of today.

Na they were straight Gee'd Up. All I remember is that they were saying something about them being taggers but I know LPV is real old and if you heard of Cyclones in the 70's then they probably meant that they themselves were taggers. Like I said they were both Gee'd up with rags on the their face so you couldny see who they were and the vato from LPV had on a Minnesota Vikings cap on and I think the vato from Cyclones had a Colts had on but Im not to sure.

so CYS in LA and CYS in West Co. ain't connected right? i remember CYS Mayberry and CYS Ktown. heard it was originally a Filipino gang, but Mayberry and Ktown got all the fame. i know the Ktown set was givin' it to Aztlan13 for a while back in the days...the Korean heads from CYS are known. most are druggies, in jail, or turned good now...ain't too many left.

Cyclones in West Co are weak, I lived in there hood for a while. All they did was write on the walls, the only Varrios putting it down on that side were VFlats and Puente13 Ballista st. I used to walk around all the time in West Co's Cyclones hood and never seen nothing. I think they started to cover up for gay ass Capon-e.

They are a bunch of wall bangers. I lived in the heart of their hood, Fransisquito and Valinda, they wrote on the walls but they never put in work that I heard of nor did you ever see those "vatos" in the calles. I stood there for about 2 years from 2003 -2005, only varrios puttin it down were Valinda, West Covina13, and of course the different Puente clicks, especially Ballista st and Blackwood st. I basically have zero respect for Cyclones, as a matter of fact one of them wrote on the sidewalk in front of my pad and I had beat down waiting for one of those lames.

this varrio only became famous due to Capone-e rap thing. My friend who is from White Fence, never heard of them, until Capone-E came out.
