This list must be from the 1992 because Maravilla hoods are not on there.

Flapper from SSM was killed quite awhile ago, and I think most of the hoods on the discipline list are off the hook now, Thats crazy that you got your hands on that. I knew a couple of fools on the hard candy list.

I missed the second line of the DISCIPLINES, since the Maravillas are on there then this is 1993 or after. I was confused on the "Casper" part under HARD CANDY, because LARGO is a gang, but then HORSESHOE is right after that and I never heard of a varrio in LA called that. So maybe the writing made a mistake or that's something I never heard of. Not sure.

Horseshoe in Pico Rivera in the culd sac type horseshoe area off whittier blvd east of Paramount Blvd behind the Mcdonalds. Very small tight knit gang, but they have had their little area for quite awhile. Met a few in County in the 90s but never on the street.

Yes it is confusing, but maybe both of them were from horseshoe is another possibility.

In the 90s I met 2 in the county, one was there for something dumb, the other one there had just come down from the Bay, not sure why he was back at the county and didnt want to know, i imagine he was running with the big dogs though.

I heard a phone conversation with an inmate named Joey Ledesma while he was in jail, I think the county, his conversation was recorded telling someone on the streets that Creeper from Whittier Dead End Locos was green lit, and everyone from the Locitos click. This conversation took place in June 11, 2009.

Anyone ever heard of a click getting a green light?

i'd think it'd be more common wouldn't it?

especially with big hoods with a lot of cliques in different places?

i mean it makes more sense. to me anyway.

anyways lowell street was a clicka of el sereno rifa no?

did el sereno rifa break up before the verde on lowell? or did they break up because of it?

need a nela guy with some 411.

The Lowell sitiuation is a perfect example of only a Clique getting the green, from what I heard Locke, Lowell and a defunct clique called The Ditch were all ESR until the Lowell thng happened. I know they were going through a little spat but they were still all ESR until the incident.

Before Sereno split they were one of the baddest on that side of town, they were right up there with the Aves, Hazard really deep, sewed up their area and had alot of down fools and politics on their side.

If this is true, i see ESR/SERENO as weak for abandoning a click and throwing their own to the wolves....no honor no loyality straight scarey shit.....they were suppuse to ride that out with their guys til the wheels fell off......

What's the point of having clicks if u don't unite under adversity? Suppose to come together like Votron! Like Wonder Twins!

Thumbs down for ESR......

well if they greenlight a clique basically they're creating a civil are within a gang...now the clique has no choice to be its own gang. lol what's i'm surprised about the list is that it has a ton of East LA in it. i thought they more of the loyal type. i always figure South or West LA would more likely to "stray."

I feel you but the murder that put lowell on the verde for life was part of a in house beef between Locke and Lowell.

I think you are right about South LA being more likely to defy any Eme demands, but who can impose a green light against any South LA neighborhoods when it is most likely not easy to get a gang to fulfill the request. Florence has enough enemies, 18th Street does not get along with anyone, so it might be difficult. Plus there are not many made eMe members from South LA to start trying to run it.

Out of South LA, F13 has the most made MEMBERS followed by Harpeys .....but its a cat and mouse game....Ese ballers from South LA learned to fly under the radar so their name does not get toss in the hat for the shake down ..... they interact with niggas and paisas more then any Sureno so la eme is in the blind.....

SURENOS/SOUTHSIDERS/13 despise LA EME fear LA EME hate kicking up to LA EME but they do once they get on the radar .....

But the major don't kick up until they get snitch on by a trader with loyality shifted to la eme over their Varrio......

One different between blacks and Latinos similar to Republicans and Democrats .....Blacks think on an individual selfish basis. While Chicanos push a collective and group mentality .....both. have its pros. And cons...

guys from the eastside or more involved and political. the eastside, even though its the smallest area has the most made members. so the more involved and in the mix you are the more likely something goes wrong and u get the light. hoods from the ws and ss arent in the mix as much.. probably cuz theyre newer hoods, not as old. they werent around when the eme was coming up and recruiting a lot. sgv is another area thats deep in the mix.

i just met one of the dudes from azusa and he was yapping all crazy. if i woulda known he was on a list like this i probably woulda reacted a lot easier.

maravillas are no longer on that list. so it cant be that new. gotta be at least ten years old. and a lot of those varrios dont even really exist anymore. like rose hills. rose hills woudnt have a hold unless it was in the late 90s maybe.

this list is dope to see. reminds me of the kites that go around the yards. i shared a cell with the llavero for a while so i seen em all.

and lol @ the passes. must be family or some shit. one of the big dogs prolly had to make sure his sisters kid didnt catch no whippin every sunday or she'd be hot as a mufucka.

that's possible.

to me sgv barrios get with the program the most on the streets.

how about san gra? i know they're a tiny barrio but i've heard a lot of rumors that they do a lot of dirt lowkey for the guys inside.

I'm sure the answer is yes and no so with that said about 80% of those niggaz got whacked, 10% changed lifes or hiding to this day,the last 10% got a pass after awhile.
