Leadership Crips in Carson

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

I was looking at a 1978 gang map and noticed a small gang called Leadership Crips where 190 East Coast Crip are located now.

Where E/S Block Players Crips? I remember there used to be a lot of black sets called Players. I always had the impression it was more of a party thing like the party crews and prep gangs of later years.

who knows? but the reason why there is 190 East Coast Blocc Crip is probably because they were already claiming "blocc"

I would love to know who consolidated all this into 190 East Coast Blocc Crip. I bet someone from another East Coast set moved over there or had a family member like a cousin, that was from one of the block crips, and they just consolidated into a super gang.

From what it looks like....the gangs in that area must have come together under the east coast banner ....at least the delamos and the blocks....the must of been the main gangs in the area as the name may suggest....190 east coast blocc delamo crips and the weaker gangs were just obsorbed...and/or more likely reoccupied by Hispanic gangs.....and I'm forming this opinion without having seen a more recent map or reading the rest of this post.I am curious to find out how much of that area 190 ecc occupies.
