Westside 3rd Street
A small varrio, they were around in the early 80s, it was a short lived gang, and it had no affiliation to the "eastside 3rd street gang", their hangout was on 2nd & Beaudry.

Very short lived varrio, i think like1977 / 1978, that's it.
It came out while ES3rdSt was still out around in boyle heights, but WS died out even before the ES hanged up its shoes.

Might as well put in here as defunct also - the East Side 3RD ST Locos, Midgets & Tiny Locos, those were their cliques.

I wonder why both the westside 3rd street, and eastside 3rd street varrios both died out, seems strange.

Re: Westside 3rd Street
I don't why but the vato gibby from wf had said that one of their homeboys drowned a 3st vato at hollenbeck park lake and that took the air out of them. I know they had a lot beef with both wf and pf.
As to the west side one, I don't know, but Diamond basically was top dog in all the surrounding area around there.
