This song is for one of the most prominent hip hop activists in berlin. He founded the 36er gang, founded a couple of graffiti and breakdance crews, was pretty active in that field. Attila Murat Aydin, a legend in Berlin, he was stabbed to death on his 33rd bday by an old guy who accused his wife of shoplifitng. He tried to confront him after the old guy (76 years old) messed with his lady and accused her of shoplifting, which wasnt true. When he tried to confront him, the old guy stabbed him in the heart. He was found not guilty because of self defense.
He is a legend in my city and this song is about him.
Damn, what a way to go... Be stabbed by an old man like that.. This guy sounds legit from what you tell. The song was very good in my opinion. One of the best German rap songs I've heard in a while. I like these kinda slow-going songs.

Kinda reminded me of this Finnish rap song. Maybe because they're noth in black & white, and show views from the city...

^ That's by the way filmed in the area of Helsinki where I currently live...

The whole world has. Thats how all this stuff came over here. But its developed a life of its own.
True. There's no escaping from the American TV/culture. It's everywhere and it's really no coincidence; world largest companies are american, world's largest broadcasting companies are american. US wants people everywhere live by their lifestyle and values. No wars even needed, just turn on the TV and follow the instructors. Buy things and show who you are, you individual you :D Don't let no one stop you, because you are the most important being in this whole world.

And what it comes to rap, I think Europeans, South Americans, Asians, and so on have had their own kinda way to do rap for a while now. Of course the mainstream rap is pretty much the same in every part of the world, but besides that there's a lot of unique sounding rap in the different parts in the world.

Some kurdish-german rappers from my hometown.

B.E.K stands for Berlin Special Commando and "Kundenservice" is "Customer Service".
They are talking about drug dealing.

If you dont have anything, thats worth living for,
no money in your pocket, not even for your daily bread,
you only make ends meet if you turn to crime,
not only you, everybody around you is doing that,
this shit is crazy, when children become mothers,
and these mothers drop their child off the bridge,
when all feelings die and you dont know how to proceed,
you go stealing watches, because thats work for you,
even when the sun shines you dont see no light,
you go under, when there is no help for you,
if you deal dope and dont play by the rules,
you may go to jail, but thats life,
when you dont want to talk to anyone, because they dont understand you,
when all your friends are in court just like you,
when you are deep into shit and are daily into drama,
you can be sure you are far away from the garden eden

if you dont know if your alive tomorrow,
when your life only consists out of sorrow,
when luck abandons you, you have to strive,
far away from paradise we live far away from garden eden,
if they take all the cash out the register masked,
when you fight daily with your addiction,
when you have to prove yourself daily, because no rules count,
you are far away from eden

If you are alone and no one is there for you,
when life fucks you and you feel like crying,
when you are into debt, you went to youth prison,
never got a degree, got no education,
when you have no job, internship was useless,
everyday is the same no matter monday or sunday,
and you think of illegal business,
but on the street there are different laws like in the jungle,
stay away,
when night comes in and the stars shine,
the turf isnt safe for you, sometimes people die,
i have seen so much, but thats why i am what i am,
its ok,
we live far away from paradise, in a place where you receive no money from dad,
where souls struggle, i tell you about misery, life far away from eden

Part 2 begins "only the strong" (Nur die Starken)

There was this german rapper from Bonn, who was invited to Hugh Hefners house party where he hit some super model bitch in the face and broke her nose. He is of kurdish origin and was one of the leaders of a gang in his hometown, the Brüser Berg Assis.
A famous German rapper is being sued for allegedly punching a woman in the face and breaking her nose during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2009 ... TMZ has learned.

He also was convicted of a multimillion robbery which caused him to flee to Iraq via Russia. He was ultimately convicted and is serving time in prison in germany. He was tortured in Iraq as the rumor goes.
German gangsta-rapper Xatar, wanted by Interpol after he and his accomplices held up guards carrying gold, has sent greetings from Moscow to his friends.

This is his rap song from jail. He is saying that you should rather look up his Interpol.com page, then his Facebook Fanpage.
He lets all of his friends rap the song, apart from a few cutscenes.

Some ridiculous arab immigrant rap talking about stabbing and killing people. Originally its a rap battle between two berlin rappers.
The comments say these guys look like gypsys and penises and that they most probably smell like bellends, lol.

Hahah, no doubt! It's hard to imagine how it sound to foreign ears, but I can believe it sound weird as there really isn't any other language that would be similar to Finnish. Well, Estonian language, too, but that's even smaller nation than we are.

Here's some Finnish rap in english:

^ The info says it has 13 of Finland's freshest MCs on it, but mostly it's a song honouring some of the Finnish old school rappers and mainly has them on the video. Plus couple of the newer guys, too.
