Freedom of expression people. I we really want to say we are against Nazi ideals, them allowing others to live and express themselves is essential.

free speech is protected by the constitution, not hate speech.

There was no direct reference to hate against anyone, or anything repressing another's freedom, so the car, despite all the associated meaning attached to the lightning, flag, and stuff does not obstruct the freedom of anyone else, and is therefore free speech.

Now is the car directly stated "(insert ethnicity)-killer" or something like that, then that is pure hate speech and does obstruct the freedom of others.

It sucks having to defend it, but it is still free speech.

Speaking of obstructing free speech, I saw some old press releases where BET directly admits that they had some de facto bans on certain songs that were deemed "too intelligent." Disgusting.

It's kinda strange this was mentioned. If anyone no here has ever played Battlefield 2 than you may have noticed that all the infantry based kits you play as a black guy whereas the medic, engineer, special forces and sniper kits are all white guys. I just thought it was kinda strange that all the jobs that require higher scores on the ASVAB and entrance exam were white guys and the jobs that require a considerably lower score in comparison like machine gunner, assault and anti tank were all black guys. I don't know maybe it just happened like that when they were making the game with no pun intended.

This kinda of stuff has been a bit of problem with user generate content in games. But what do you expect? Racism is real and you can't expect everyone who plays video games to not create something in the game that pushes their ideaology.
