Yes it does. That's an incredible history. Many ex cons have similar problems, but don't have the dicipline to reinvent themselves through education. Many employers are gun shy about hiring ex cons, because so many have been ripped off by ex con employees, or they have heard of someone who has. It's just easier for them to say some BS and not be bothered.socprof1 wrote:They said I could teach at the university when I come back. It's hard out there for someone with no criminal background, let alone someone trying to make a fresh start out of the pen, but it can be done.
