I lift weights pretty serious, my weight is about 225 and i´m and i´m just under 6 feet(177cm), with pretty low fat %

Swede's Are Some Beasts. Some Swedish Dude Came into My Job, Trying to Buy a computer, But we had to Tell him He couldn't buy from Us, Cuz his fingers were Far too Big for any computer Key Board we had in the inventory, He was atleast 6'11 350, The guy was a Got Damn Beasts.

I do 30-40 minutes cardiovascular Activity (exercise bike) 5 days a week, although I don't do any weightlifting. Muscleman anyone? :lol:

The best thing that work for me hands down has been dips. 4 sets of 25 in the mornin will have you straight.

Im a 6-3 330 weightlifter...personal trainer too....I combine powerlifting with bodybuilding....22 inch arms, 56 chest, 40 waist, 34 inch thigh, etc...if anyone has any questions regarding weight lifting....let me know...some of my best lifts(non powerlifting lifts)
incline press 405 for reps
barbell curl-225, 6 times
do reps of hammer curls with 125's
shoulder pressed 315 for reps
bent over barbell rows at 405 for reps
close grip about 350 for reps

When I swam I did weights............i'll say i didn't do the arms that you all did but when it came to legs holy shit man...........then again legs aren't really looked at these days......

i mix powerlifting and bodybuilding...if you know what i mean...i can bench close to 600 raw...squat 800 raw...and pull around 700 raw...drug free.

Anyway Funky hommie, Some advise, Id rid that Powder Creatine, its counter productive. It bloats you up. Right now you probly notice you muscles are real Thick, but mushy, Its all water weight. You also probly noticed that youve boosted on the scales... Whats really happining is the water is bieng Gastrated into the your muscles creating liquid mass, not muscle mass.
